Hi Guys, We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). This room is also available for a couple, in this case the monthly rent will to increase 100€ more. For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each...
